This is Ty last year, the end of February.
Sweet little newborn.
This is Ty today.
Too busy playing to even turn around.
I, all of a sudden, have two boys that just want to be boys.
Ty lives to follow Jack around.
Jack lives for that 30 minutes (alone) to play trains before anyone else wakes up.
Soon they will play together.
Soon they will be best friends.
Soon they will disapear for hours,
doing their thing, playing together.
Jack will get the B-1 and Ty will have to be some lame, broken helicopter
(cause he's the second born).
Jack will be Thomas and James.
Ty will be Murdock and that tan train that whose name I can't remember.
Jack will be Batman. Ty will be Robin.
I will be soaking in a bath, reading a novel,
eating Lindt Lindor Swiss Chocolate Truffles.

Yeah Bec,
That is crazy when you do a one year comparison. Pretty soon they are going to be breaking things on accident. Maybe the TV?

You can only hope it's the TV. That thing is going to outlive us... might as well face it. We will never have a good reason to get a nice TV.
BTW I'm thinking a dining room table may be a good next major purchase... what do you think?
First off: You are NEVER going to get that bath and truffles until those boys are in college and even then, you won't be able to afford chocolate and bubble bath (maybe even hot water) for paying to put those boys through school.
Second: It brings me great joy that another couple has this same TV conversation. Ours in 20 years old and counting and that trusty Sony shows no signs of slowing!
I'm just joking about the bath and chocolate....I'll being you some hersheys to bible study next week. You can eat them in the shower! LOL

somehow Hersheys in the shower just doesn't sound as exciting as truffles in the bath..
But I'll try it.
